The Florence E. Downey Student Award

The CDAA Awards Committee would like to remind the instructors at Calgary's Dental Assisting Schools that you still have until September 2019 to submit your letter nominating one of your students for the Florence E. Downey Student Award.

About The Florence E. Downey Student Award

The award is given to the most improved student based on a non-academic criteria.  The student should be a member of The Calgary Dental Assistants Association. The recipient of this award will selected from all the nominations received.

We are also accepting nominations for the following awards for 2018 / 2019:

  • Dental Assistant of The Year
  • CDAA Special Recognition Award
  • Honorary Membership Award
